The holiday cottage “Casetta di Heidy” is on a low hill overlooking the village of Bruca, which can be reached in 30 minutes from the airport at Trapani and 40 minutes from Palermo. It is well-placed for the many attractions of the surrounding area. Segesta, with its Greek temple and theatre, is only 6 kilometres away. The theatre is magnificently situated with a panoramic view over the Sicilian countryside. In the summer, there is a series of classical plays. Nearby, are the hot springs and sauna at Ponte Bagni, and the Gulf of Castellamare for a refreshing swim.

The Casetta di Heidy has distant views over the wooded slopes of Montagna Grande, a centre for parascending. At the cottage, you will be able to relax in a rural setting in the shade of the pine trees. Other possible activities nearby include horse-riding, excursions in a horse-drawn carriage, mini-golf and fishing.

The cottage is well-equipped with a kitchenette and a barbecue. You will find typical restaurants in the surrounding area with entertainment on Saturday nights. Advice and information is always on hand (local food shops, tourist information and hiring a car).

At the end of your sojourn, the owner of the cottage and his family will be pleased to invite you to a typically Sicilian dinner at their nearby house.
