The GB Case Vacanze Sicilia Residence is a two-storey building overlooking the crystal clear sea of Balestrate, a small seaside resort located in the center of the Gulf of Castellammare.Balestrate, an enchanting seascape, offers many tourist attractions that will not fail to amaze visitors: it enjoys the sea view.The Residence offers 4 finely furnished apartments equipped with all comforts particularly suitable for families with children and groups.Each unit has a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony or veranda with sea view.Its strategic position allows you to easily reach renowned places in western Sicily such as Scopello, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, San Vito lo Capo, Segesta, Mondello, Monreale as well as Palermo, Trapani and their respective airports (40 and 50 km from Balestrate).

Position
The structure is newly built and is about 200 meters from the sea and beaches, 500 from the wonderful marina.
Its position is particularly interesting as it is located directly on the seafront, parallel to the main street of Balestrate, full center of the summer nightlife. A few steps away are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, pizzerias, wine bars. Possibility of free car parking. The splendid location of the residence allows its guests to enjoy splendid panoramas enriched by enchanting sunsets reflected in the gulf.

Apartments

Standard two-room apartment 4 + 2 on the 1st, 2nd floor and ground floor.
Each apartment consists of: kitchen / living room, bedroom with double bed, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower box and balcony or veranda.
Each unit is equipped with the following ancillary services: air conditioning / heating in the living area, kitchenette with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, washing machine, hair dryer, toast, microwave, iron and ironing board, internet wi fi, TV with digital terrestrial and satellite, and double sofa bed in the living room.
NB: some apartments have a side sea view, while others have a front view.

Consumption of water, electricity and gas, free wi-fi internet.
A supply of bed linen and towels (sheets, towels, shower tablecloth).
